You know sometimes how you wonder why such-and-such a band never made it big? Well, somehow, when a band calls itself "Beluga and the Human Ashtrays", you don't wonder.
Oh yeah, I like it too now that I've heard it. If Devo had had a hit with their first album this would have been The Rolling Stones to Devo's Beatles. Wait, I confused myself ... Maybe I meant Nancy Sinatra to Siouxsie and the Banshees' Dusty Springfield. Anyway it's paced pretty frantic and has a nice quivery surf guitar. A good find, thanks for the post.
