Upper Jaw Mask - 1982 - Whiskers-Zak Zero 7'' (IT).
Im told only 200 copies? on the same label as the first C.C.M EP and also has some members from CCM. Seems to have been recoreded in a garage in about 1980.

Thanks a lot for posting this rare single! I've been searching for info on the CCM connection but didn't find anything apart from a Cessophonia site and very confusing info about the Zappa lookalike of the cover (apparently he was the owner of Cessophonia records who released the first CCM recordings...)
If you had the time and want to, I'd be thankful for the Rosa Shocking single too...
